Net proceeds to go to NAGA in support of Turf Maintenance initiatives, to be directed by course superintendent Eric David.
Eligibility: NAGA members with no restrictions. It may be good to involve the President of each dedicated group as well.
Format: Two Person Stableford Format. Teams can consist of male and/or female members. Couples are encouraged to participate. A member may also bring a guest at no additional charge. This is a tee time event. Members can make their own groups and will be given preferential tee times any time during the day on May 11th.
Prizes: Prizes will be awarded in the form of Pro Shop credits. Prizes can be earned in both Net and Gross divisions.
Cost: $150 per player. Entry fee includes a golf cart, and dinner from Adam’s Ribs. Adam’s will begin serving at 4:30 PM on the 11th . Golfers who compete earlier in the day are welcome to return for dinner.
Sponsorships: Are available … we would like to market tee signs (hole sponsors) for $100 each. We would also love to obtain some title sponsors. Examples include a drink sponsor(s) for beverage cart and post round drinks. Also, if we could obtain a golf cart sponsor for the day at $1000 – $2500, we could cut our expenses considerably and have more net revenue for Eric.
Payment: Payment in the form of cash or check, payable to “USNA Golf Pro Shop.” Payment can be mailed to USNA Golf Pro Shop, 64 Greenbury Point Road, Annapolis, MD 21402 or delivered in person.
